Who you gonna admit to at your 12k post milestone?

See, I used to think I had a creative enough mind to come up with some clever characters and get a laugh out of people.

I'm out of the multing business for a few reasons, the most significant of which is that as of late I just haven't felt funny or clever.

You are a weak little man, bro. Like for realsies. You totes could have kept those mults going with nada problemo, but NOOOOO. Your va-jay-jay gets all sorts of sandy and you punk out.

Whatevs. That floating genie Smurf head was totes lame anyway.

Ladies, gentlemen, and Juggs...

The idea of multing used to be fun. See, I used to think I had a creative enough mind to come up with some clever characters and get a laugh out of people. Unfortunately, the art has gone from "let's make people laugh" to "let's annoy the piss out of everybody." Sure I'm a hypocrite. After all, I've created my share of mults on this board, so what gives me the right to complain about other peoples' shitty attempts at humor? This does:

I'm out of the multing business for a few reasons, the most significant of which is that as of late I just haven't felt funny or clever. I'll leave the comedy up to the experts on the board and continue to chime in with utter garbage posts as I have done for the last 3+ years. Without further ado, here are my mults along with a brief explanation.

BIG ED - He was the first. I created him as a reference to a joke that Hawkeye and I shared at the Bears outing in October '07. We kept making fun of Ed Hochuli's "BY RULE" catchphrase.

A Bigot - Created to poke fun at bigotry and to show just how stupid bigotry looks to the eyes of those who disagree. I also wanted to show irony (Get it? I'm black, but the character is a white Klansman...how clever!)

Stephen A. Smith - I didn't have a real reason for creating him. I just thought he was a clown and should be made fun of. He has a knack for playing the race card a little too much so of course I played up that aspect in all of his posts. I also played up his "too shouty" conversational style.

Berns - Based on my favorite radio personality Dan Bernstein. I wanted to test myself to see if I could capture the essence of his personality in the posts. I think I did a good job.

Richard Pryor - I had just finished watching Richard Pryor: Here & Now and I just kinda wanted to recycle some of his jokes. The character never caught on. Maybe he was too vulgar.

Mitch Hedberg - Similar to Pryor. I had just listened to one of his CDs and wanted to create a character in tribute. Somehow, many knew it was me right away.

Angry Poster - He was based on a combination of a few of the shouty "seagull" posters here. You know...the guys who just come here to be negative, to insult, and then disappear into the abyss?

Bennett Brauer - Just a tribute to the short-lived Chris Farley SNL character. I killed it after like two posts. I just didn't think it worked.

Jambi the Genie - This one really sucked. I have no idea what I was thinking.

Well, there you have it. These folks had a good run, but it's time to put them out to pasture.

Apparently some of you motherfuckers need a reminder as to which mults belong to me. I hope this settles it. I really do.
