Turns out, my guy isn't dead...he's just been banned. Again.  As his lawer, I can assure the court that whatever my client supposedly did, did not warrant an IP banishment. In fact, I'm currently prepared to counter-sue Big Fan for all the pain and mental anguish that he's caused my client AND Cookie. She's sitting over here in tears right now and I'm having to come up with new and creative ways of consoling her. I have a few in mind, but that's besides the point. |
