Elmhurst Steve keeps a shovel handy, because when he's not flinging shit with it, he's digging himself a big hole. The biggest mistake he made was bragging about his accomplishments as a bowler, because, well, those stats are kind of publically available and there's a couple guys, most notably chus, who take their bowling seriously and don't take shit from a cop/painter/sportstalk radio caller/racist bastage. Chus just killed the illusion that Steve tried to paint around himself, and basically killed him, until he recently stuck his Frankenstein ass head into the Cubs forum. On the other hand we've got something equally inexplicable... the love one man can have for a couple mopes on early morning radio. How anyone can listen to M&H and not want to punch puppies is amazing, but to love them the way he does, making excuses, fining them amusing... not ripping their miserable humor to shreds...it's a perfect candidate for the Tournament of Bad.

So which is more bad, barely beating the old and infirm and female and bragging about it or loving something that the world hates?
