CSFMB TOB Bridgeport #1 Elmhurst Steve Bowling Stories v. #9 Board members not eligible

OOh! This one features the recently deceased Elmhurst Steve and his ridiculous bowling stories in which he beats up on old and infirm people versus the fact that due to whining and complaining Board Members are no longer Eligible to be the Douchebag of the Week. What the hell man? Board members are who we interact with the most, they're douchy... why not eligible...?
