They lost her to alcohol and the Porn industry. The parents probably told everyone not to talk about it...... like when they instructed them not to discuss the father being an obvious homosexual and the mother being a man.

Yeah they just let creepy 'Uncle' Joey live in the basement. He was a good role model for a nephew but not for nieces.

Over 200 episodes, more than any of the other TGIF shows. Also more than Seinfeld.

Reginald VelJohnson is gay. Also, a playwright.

They could have at least had the family be from either the South Side or West Side. How many black people live around Wrightwood and Ashland?

Although I always imagined that they all went to my high school Von Steuben, because the school mascot was the Panthers and the colors were red, black, and white.

I've tried for years to imagine this show never existed. Y'all are making it difficult.

I'd rather watch Robert Townsend's show, The Parent Hood. It was also corny, but at least it had Faison Love on there, who was funny as hell in his own right. Plus, Regan Gomez Preston was hotter than any female who ever appeared on Family Matters (R.I.P. Myra).
