It still vexes me as to why certain people's peepees get all sore by the appearance of some simple capital letters.

I have explained it many times before: I believe that most headlines deserve printing in capital letters. They are SUPPOSED to snag the eye of the reader. Plus, I'm not going to be dictated to on how to post. I believe that I have made that quite clear numerous times.

I have not asked you to do or alter anything.

I could do without the caps. That's it. Just expressing my personal preference.
