1) Wear a hat with ventilation
2) Bring an umbrella
3)Stay hydrated and not with booze. If you are going to drink booze alternate booze and non-booze.
4)Wear Sun screen at least SPF 50,pay the extra dollar for the sweatproof/sport stuff.
5)Bring a chair

I had a 10 a.m. tee time. I quit after nine holes. I was hungover, hot, and playing with a random partner who had a (not lying at all) a 3' ponytail. I dry-heaved the few times his rockin' pony grazed my arm.
