I spent 22 years trying murder cases and fighting against capital punishment. I don't believe the criminal justice system is fool proof.
That being said, I have absolutely no problem with this absolute asshole Holmes being housed in the GENERAL POPULATION immediately and given extensive yard privileges.
Fellow inmates can conduct his "trial" and implement his sentence, or perhaps he can "attempt to escape".
Sure can save taxpayers a lot of money and spare the rest of us having to suffer through "legal experts" on cable TV who have seen the inside of a courtroom when they were on jury duty.

I love the mind set of prison inmates who decide that other inmates are worse than they are.

Sure I killed 6 people.....but NOT AT THE SAME TIME. Fuck that guy!

From what I read they don't like him because he killed children. Makes sense.

But they have no problem with the dudes who can't seem to hit shit but kids when doing a drive-by. I'm just saying the hipocricy is sort of funny to me.

How do you know the Colorado shooter wasn't just aiming at adults and missed?

Won't he likely cop a bargain to plead guilty in exchange for life in prison?

What the city needs are "no questions asked" gun ranges. At least the idiots might hit their target. Fewer innocents killed and the assholes might eventually knock each other off.
