Question for the group. How many times you tell a stripper your marriage was peachy?

A former stripper testified today that the Oswego father on trial for killing his wife and children visited her several times at the Chicago club where she worked and told her he was going to leave his wife and build a cabin in the Canadian wilderness.

Maya Drake took the witness stand as the third week of Christopher Vaughn's trial for the murder of his wife and three children got underway at the Will County courthouse in Joliet.

Drake testified that Vaughn came into the VIP's A Gentleman's Club on the Near North Side as many as five times in 2007 and paid for a private room with her but only to talk. He told her he had no children.

"He told me he was not happy in his marriage and that he wanted to leave his wife," testified Drake, 34, of Kentucky. "He said she was very materialistic and that he didn't care about money."

About as often as I would pay for a private room with a stripper just to talk. They should just shoot this fuck and be done with it.

Sounds like he couldn't handle her and still do business.

He was worried about his wife's spending habits....so go visit a stripper to talk. Makes sense to me.

Your average stripper is definitely not a spend thrift. What a goof. Gonna get me a stripper type chick to live in the woods. Happens all the time.

My standard line is that my wife died tragically and I am a devoted single father with no time to date so this is my only night out.

What does that line get you, 10% off or free bonus time?

GEORGE: Hello?

JERRY: Hey, Georgie! I'm doing some research down at the coffee shop. Your story's the one!

GEORGE: My story?

JERRY: Yeah, your widower story's tested through the roof. When are you getting out of there?

GEORGE: Uh, excuse me, Wyck. Uh, are we, uh, almost done here?

WYCK: Oh, no, not even close.

GEORGE: I can't go.

JERRY: What do you mean you can't go? There's two really girls sitting at the counter eating grilled cheese. Cheese, George! Cheese!
