I was flipping to ESPN 1000 today because I cannot handle Teddy Greenstein and his horrible sounding phone, nor do I like the Fantasy Football Island or whatever it is.....about the only time I tune out of Mac and Spiegs. So I switched up the dial and heard Carmen say San Fran or Frisco or something similar..........

When I was there, a tour guide said to NEVER say San Fran or Frisco while you're in San Francisco......EVER, apparently frowned upon.

Anybody else got any tourist faux pas? C'mon, C Howitt Fealz

Black and Tans were a group of British soldiers that committed violence against the Irish civilians. They were originally supposed to suppress the revolution and fight the IRA, but they would also kill civilians.
