Egyptians I think get the credit for all fermented beverages. Not that they did it on purpose, but the concept of grains sitting in water for an extended period of time and fermenting was probably the result of some lazy MoFo that didnt clean the fresh water supply. |

His father in law makes it in the basement. You have to be careful with that stuff. |
