I propose that all officers and/or sharleholders of any corporations that employ a registered lobbyist should be drug-tested immediately. We cannot allow potential druggies to have the slightest influence over the legislative branch. |

I was wondering about drug testing for both employers and DUI in those couple states. Is there a known agreed about level of THC that can be in your blood to say yep under influence at a certain moment? From what I understand pot stays in fat cells and whatever for a long time and piss test doesn't see it but blood does. How would they know if you smoked three days ago or at work/when you drove? |
