The blond hair of the girls would indicate western and north western Poland. The forested (but not evergreen) and hilly terrain reflected in the glass would indicate the southern Pomerania section near the Polish-German border. The country fashionable dress has a lake district vibe. I am still trying to figure out the exact city.
