As far as playoffs go it's super hard/expensive to get tickets if you don't have season tickets. |

The infamous A.J. Pierzynski "dropped third strike" game in the 2005 ALCS! Also, an AWA wrestling card circa 1986 featuring the Road Warriors vs. The Fabulous Ones. |

Sosa's two-homer game to pass Maris. If he only would have worked harder at steroid use, he could have passed McGwire too. Game 1 of the 2009 playoffs, Havlat OT winner a minute in. |

Game 7 of the 2003 Cubs/Braves NLDS series, where Kerry Wood beat Mike Hampton and the Braves to advance to the NLCS vs the Marlins. I drove (with a friend) 11 1/2 hours to be in Atlanta to see the Cubs win the only playoff series they have won since 1908. More than half the people in the stands were Cubs fans and my seats were just 17 rows back on the 1st base side. Thousands of fans just stayed in the park celebrating the victory long after the game ended and some players (including Kerry Wood) came back out from the clubhouse with bottles of champagne, spraying champagne into the crowd and high fiving fans. Another one was game 2 of the White Sox/Red Sox series in 2005 in which Iguchi hit the 3 run homer after the Graffinino error. David Wells had been dominating till that inning and it looked bleak for the White Sox. The 1st game of that series, the Sox had won something like 14-2 and it looked like perhaps I had gotten tickets for the wrong game for a while, as we sat watching the game. But in the end, it was a much more thrilling victory to have witnessed. |

-Sox Twins 2008 game 163 -Bo Jackson homers in his first at bat with the Sox, and first at bat back from hip replacement I was also at the Cubs Sox game in 2001 when the Cubs got up big (8-0 I think) , then Carrie Woods melted down, Konerko homered twice, and the Sox ended up winning 13-9. That was pretty fun |

I was at Wrigley when the Cubs clinched the division in 2008. Really thought they would do something that year only to get swept out by the Dodgers a week or so later. Not the most exciting per se but the coolest sporting event was going to see a practice round at The Masters. |

Cubs/Rockies game in 2001 with the crazy ending and Steve McMichael getting tossed. Caught some of Living Colour's set @ Metro after the game. |

I saw the White Sox clinch against the Minnesota Twins in Sept. of 2000. They actually lost the game, but they clinched because the Indians lost their game before the game against the Twins was over. I was at the game in Wrigley Field against the Phillies in 2008 when Aramis Ramirez hit a grand slam to put the Cubs in the lead in the 8th inning. It was the loudest home run celebration I can remember ever hearing at a Cubs game or any baseball game ever. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3XC73Zjn138 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ncBQELt33DI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPefyEtqpAc |

This is not a good day for "brand nation". |

Game 1 of the 1992 Campbell Conference finals.....Hawks beat Edmonton 8-2 at the Stadium when the crowds seemed younger and a little more rowdier then they do now. Remember even goon Mike Peluso scoring a goal and when Larmer scored on a breakaway for goal number 8, the place went crazy. And the crowd chanting Raaanford......Raaaanford, mocking Oiler goalie Bill Ranford after every goal. just an awesome game |
