Never really stole cable per se. Back in the late 80's-early 90's I did have a cheater box that I used to watch PPV events for free. |

It's virtually impossible now, right? Cable boxes can only be activated from an account. You'd have to really know someone on the inside to steal cable. Now there were times when I worked at Comcast, and it was obvious that some people would call in and activate service under a made up name (John Davis would be a cancelled account, and then days later a Dave Johnson would call to activate service in the same house), but I didn't care at all. |

They are taking it to a new level with my cable company. They don't just disconnect you at the box they go up the electrical pole and disconnect you as well. Nothing an extension ladder can't take care of though. It will still only get you basic cable. |
