I went to some subdivision sales today. A lot of the subdivisions do the sales on the same day because their Homeowner's Association only allows them to do sales one or two weekends of the year. A lot of these people have a sale, but have nothing worth selling or buying. |

Believe it or not there are cool garage sales with reasonable priced stuff and man stuff, not just women's clothes or kid's old toys. |

Thank god my wife hates garage sales. I have enough junk in my house. Why would I want to spend my weekend combing through other people's junk? Chicago baseball 2013 > Garage sales |

I caught a few red lights on the way home. |

JBL 12" 300w home subwoofer- $150 42" Philips LCD TV- $300 Pioneer 100w x5 Dolby Receiver w/ 4-way tower speakers and infinity center, all re-coned and loud as fuck- $200 Peavy KB5 PA Amplifier- $250 Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8ghz w/ 3GB ram and 8800GT Video card- $100 My problem is nobody knows what the fuck good stuff is, so they tell me "i can get a computer for $50, and a stereo I just saw for $100. I also found a 32" tv for $100. Yes. Thats great. Go spend money on utter garbage. Then complain that they dont make good shit anymore. Fuckin morons. |

Church rummage sales are cool if there is a lot of stuff. The more they have the more likely you are to find something great for next to nothing. |
