He is not going to like the way this looks. I guarantee it.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/money/business/2013/06/19/mens-wearhouse-founder-chairman-george-zimmer/2437493/

Zimmer, the founder, chairman and the public face of the discount apparel chain, has been terminated by the company, according to a brief statement from the company.

Men's Wearhouse gave no reason for Zimmer's departure -- which surfaced on Wednesday, just hours before the company postponed its annual shareholders meeting. A company spokesman declined comment but said Zimmer's departure would not affect operations.

Good to see someone get punished for the death of Trayvon Martin.

Who actually can fire the founder and chairman of a company?

The CEO of the company. Was it publicly traded?

At the end of the ad, Zimmer's name appears in the disclaimer. "Yes on 19, Tax Cannabis 2010. Sponsoered by S.K. Seymour LLC, a medical cannabis provider, DBA Oaksterdam University, a cannabis educator with support from George Zimmer."

I wouldn't feel too bad though, Roger;
Zimmer earned nearly $2 million last year in pay, bonuses and other compensation. Men's Wearhouse will owe Zimmer $250,000 annually for four years under a licensing deal for his image in advertising and marketing efforts, according to the proxy. He's also due termination pay and benefits valued at about $2.7 million.

I'm told that when Rocky Wirtz found this out, he demanded Zimmer be fired immediately.
