I'd probably do it and play baseball figuring that they can pinch hit me or put me in for fielding purposes in blowout games and I'd be able to hit the inning and appearance requirements. Even though my favorite team is the White Sox, not sure I would want to pick them because I'm going to suck even worse then their current players do and don't want to deal with the media/fan fallout. Maybe somewhere like Kansas City or Houston would be better... would have to consider that some more.

I would find the media/fan fallout funny if I sucked. Why the hell would they actually expect me to be any good?
Imagine if you screw up two NFL games and the team goes 9-7 missing the playoffs instead of 11-5... I guess you could try to laugh it off, but even your teammates are gonna be a little pissed at you, I'd imagine.
