Listening to the Stern interview right now. This big fuckin' goof admits to gambling away 700,000 3 nights in a row. If that was my dad,brother or son,I'd beat the shit out of him. Stern gave him a hard time about that story. |

He does a semi regular show at the Hard Rock now. Never saw the show, but kinda weird that he is a sideshow lounge act that I can hear when walking through the hallway at the Hard Rock, like a Holiday Inn Lounge Band |

I really enjoyed his schtick years ago. The Adventures of Ford Fairlane was kind of cultish. Then he got old really quick and probably should have disappeared from the public. |

i think clay would've made a good actor. and that's what i've considered him more than a stand up. he built that routine solely around a character that he created. i think he let it all get to his head when he was on top. but yeah, his interviews on stern are good, as chus said. |

I remember he had a show, I think it was on CBS or Fox. They made a big deal about him going by "Andrew Clay". He tried to do something different from the stand-up, but it didn't last long. |

I loved him back in the day! I was 17-18 years old when he hit big, and his comedy was right in my wheelhouse. Then it got old. I will admit though that whenever somebody randomly brings up Little Boy Blue, I'm the first idiot to shout out, "He needed the money!!"
