Alright, just checking to see if anyone of you have had to make an unpaid wage claim against your employer in the state of Illinois. If so, did you get paid? How much did they owe you initially? Did you get all the statutory penalty fees written out in the fine writing that should go to the claimant? My trial hearing is fastly approaching. I'm hoping this happens as I expected i would never see a dime of this. I've waited almost a full year. (Thanks Illinois for being efficient)
