Quote: “Marianne Theresa Johnson-Reddick born Jan 4, 1935 and died alone on Aug. 30, 2013,” the submission read. “She is survived by her 6 of 8 children whom she spent her lifetime torturing in every way possible. While she neglected and abused her small children, she refused to allow anyone else to care or show compassion towards them. “When they became adults she stalked and tortured anyone they dared to love. Everyone she met, adult or child was tortured by her cruelty and exposure to violence, criminal activity, vulgarity, and hatred of the gentle or kind human spirit. “On behalf of her children whom she so abrasively exposed to her evil and violent life, we celebrate her passing from this earth and hope she lives in the after-life reliving each gesture of violence, cruelty, and shame that she delivered on her children. “Her surviving children will now live the rest of their lives with the peace of knowing their nightmare finally has some form of closure. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/201 ... ears-abus/ |

Nas wrote: Very petty if it's real. Who were they hurting? Agreed. And if she was so horrible why would any of the "kids" -- presumably now in their 40's, 50's, or even early 60's -- have have had her in their adult lives? If I detested someone that much I would never know if they died because I would have no contact with them. I think the mother gets the obituary "win" because the kids are still obsessing over her -- even though she is dead. |

wow... i guess none of you have grandmas anymore? its family, there isnt much you can't forgive unless someone directly tried to kill you or something... they respected their mother enough to let her live out her life in the world that she knew, and was comfortable with. they obviously didnt like her, but it was their mom and it would have been a lot more petty to tell her off while she was still alive and would have had no idea why her kids hated her. |
