ads already started. one actually said "black friday", the others are just heavily promoting >$100 items with jolly jingle music that is too damn close to christmas music. they start sooner every year. i bet by 2015 they will start in september. |

It seems unnecessary if you have a phone and I would rather carry a phone in my pocket than wear it on my wrist. Also, the possibility of it getting broken is much higher. |

people that jog will love them. listen to music like they do with ipod nanos now, but not have to worry about missing calls. or they could be used as remote controls for media center in the living room.. or track ones health like phones can do now, or for note taking while out and about. much more convenient then a brick phone. im not saying ill wear one, i dont wear watches, but a lot of people do... if youre active they make a lot more sense then a phone. its not like people will ditch their phones for these, but they will make a really good companion |
