seriously... anyone that has feet... i mean i have tried all kinds of wool socks, thermal socks, cotton... whatever. i hate thick socks because my feet get sweaty then cold. and i HATE sleeping in socks too.

last week i found merino wool. forget everything i thought about socks, these are fucking incredible! ive been sleeping in them too, with nothing but pure comfort! feet dont get hot or cold or sweaty, theyre just perfect all the time.

these are what im talking about- http://www.amazon.com/Wigwam-Unisex-Wom ... roduct_top

theyre expensive as shit, but i did find 12 pairs on ebay for $50. i wish i had this shit when i was working construction!

Be careful when you launder them. I lost a beautiful burgundy sweater to a wool brainfart.

They have been known to hunters for ages. You can get all kinds at good prices through Cabelas and the like.

im sure ive just been in the dark about them... i just didnt know 'merino' wool is that much different then regular wool. regular wool sucks!

when i first put these on, i was like "meh, these are wool socks", but after 15 min i had to stop myself and look at my feet- they felt amazing! not sweaty and not hot... you can feel the air breathing in the socks, its just an amazing feeling to have on your feet.

ill never put these in the dryer. machine wash warm and hang dry. shouldnt take long anyway, these dont absorb water well at all. just love these things.

if anyone is looking and have big feet- these are the best price ive found. made in usa merino wool size 13-15 http://www.ebay.com/itm/6pr-LH-Rugged-W ... 43bd06e64e

Wool just kicks ass all around. tough as iron. Warm breathes well. doesn't stain.

Yes, his teeth were made of wool.

merino wool. regular wool too thick and my feet still sweat. merino is like putting a tiny caribbean island atmosphere all around my feet.

I could probably pull it off. It'd have to be a turtleneck, of course.
