Im not sure an exact replica of an AK 47 can be accurately called a "toy" The cops SAY they told him to put it down. They are probably telling the truth. |

Residents of a Northern California community expressed skepticism Thursday about a sheriff's deputy's decision to shoot a popular 13-year-old boy who was carrying a pellet gun that looked like an assault rifle. Necessary? |

Some cops now have to struggle with the fact that they killed an innocent kid because they were left with no other choice. |

Cops should have shown a little bit more restraint. Everyone wearing a hoodie isn't a criminal. They should be able to tell if a gun is real or not before killing a kid. |

To the eye of a professional it should. That's why they should have waited to identify if the gun were real or not. That kid doesn't have the look of a criminal. The cops were racists. That's the only answer to explain gunning down a kid with a million dollar smile and a toy gun. |
