Should we stop people from doing legal things we dont agree with and secondly can that be called patriotism?

You understand, the blood was spilled because people want to live in a country where we are allowed to express our opinion?

I won't say it should be illegal but I do think it's disrespectful to the men and woman who have fought and died to give us the right to do it. There are more effective ways to voice your displeasure than this hackneyed, melodramatic display. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

But as you said, they are fighting for ALL freedom of expression, not just the ones some people approve of.


Im not saying it's a good idea. But to celebrate someone who stopped another from doing it (supposedly in the name of 'Merica), is a bit backwards in my opinion.

I think what Monday did was awesome. He respects the flag and what it means and didn't want them to burn it. They can, but he can also snatch it away from them before they do it.

Only because they were trespassing. He cant do it if its on there property.
