Not defending the guy...but I do think they need to start to categorize rape. Such as accusations of Nonconsensual sex and criminal actions. This is from actions back in October? Its like Tyson, if you saw his one man show. The guy basically outlined being about as bad of a guy as you can be for the first 25 years of his life, talked about every kid, person, he beat up, stole from, etc, but says "I swear on my life, my kids life, I did not rape that girl" And I believe him. She came to his room at 3 AM. She even said, she willingly took off her own clothes and got into bed with him. Same with Kobe. The invite is right there, until the very last second, or even after entry has occurred? Is this the case with sharper? I have no idea, but I am guessing he wasnt hiding in a parking garage and attacked someone. But we will wait for more details |

Tons of incidents. It doesnt make the guys innocent, but it seems there is zero room for any grey area. Tyson made a great point when he said, he was the only black man in the history of the state of Indiana that went to jail for rape for less than 5 years and was released after 2. |

kobe never raped that girl. she was lucky to even be in his presence, let alone getting him drunk enough to fuck her ugly ass |

IkeSouth wrote: kobe never raped that girl. she was lucky to even be in his presence, let alone getting him drunk enough to fuck her ugly ass This isn't the global warming thread Ike. Get a copy of the police report. You can find copies online. Actually read it. Then post a response. |

bigfan wrote: Not defending the guy...but I do think they need to start to categorize rape. Such as accusations of Nonconsensual sex and criminal actions. Rape A criminal offense defined in most states as forcible sexual relations with a person against that person's will. If the woman or man does not consent, then it's rape. |

If at any point the woman say "no" or "stop" it is a good idea to actually do that. I don't think Sharper should have a problem finding another woman to say yes. |
