I was getting off the El at Library and there was a pack of meter-reading ticket-writing douchebags in their Department of Revenue vests. One of them had only one leg and was walking on crutches. I mean, come on. Is that really an appropriate job for a one-legged man? What's next- a blind air traffic contoller? |

if i am illegally parked, i would be thankful to see a meter maid hobbling on one leg to get to my truck before i could. |
