85+ deg in the middle of winter? check stuff piled in every corner and every inch of counter space? check party going on while youre trying to do the scheduled work? check need family room tv on even if i need it shut off to work? check getting stoned from 2nd hand smoke and its only 10am? check new construction was better. by a lot

"i paid for this job, just do it". i hate it. i know you paid, i also gave you a bid based on predetermined negotiations, like CLEAN UP YOUR SHIT before i get there! even if i didnt talk about the mess before payment was made, isnt it common sense? dont people feel guilty? when someone comes to work on my house, like the cable guy, i do everything i can to make his stay short. get in, get out. if theres anything ive done to make the stay longer, i feel bad. i know the guy doesnt want to be in my house, hes just doing a job! |
