My guy owns that place. I won't really go near it, however... he says the whole street is becoming "The New Rush Street" and I can't tell if he's being sarcastic or proud of that

I was expecting different bros for Wicker Park. BTW, Crocodile is a pretty nice place. They still do the free mini pizzas?

Wicker Park is one of the safest areas of the city.

Starting? :)

When the hot dog place closed across from double door, that was the start of it...like 10 years ago. shortly after northside opened, then the sushi place (blue fin), the cafe's, clothing stores, etc...
Division Street west of Ashland saw that growth as well. There was hardly anything over there except Phyllis' and Smoke Daddy...now that whole stretch to Damen and beyond is developed. Many of my friends that had apartments in the late 90s and early 2000s in Wicker Park bought houses up Milwaukee in Logan Square in the mid-late 2000s. I guess the rent was too damn high...

I can't tell if you're snarking here, but safety concerns weren't anywhere on my radar

I am assuming if you leave Division street and wander too far it is better than when you wound up in Cabrini Green? I guess Daley's buds made a ton.

I'm not sure if you were aware, Cabrini Green is now a Super Target.

Yeah I knew they tore that all up years ago. I just didn't know if Daley's buddies made homes like South Loop or all commercial etc.

It was a super target if you were white back in the 80s.

Here, I thought it was all those years of Mario getting the princess poon while the guy in green had to settle for the Choco Mountain when Toad was asleep...

See Luigi was hitting it w/ Daisy all along. Nobody realizes that. I'm sure he's also got a taste of Rosalina, too.

My knowledge of Nintendo characters stop around Mario 64, so I'll defer to you.

Crocodile bar sucks. It's been filled with frat boy/bros for years. Bring your own cherries.

Is that a lacrosse stick? Lacrosse guys are notorious asshole/frat guy/bros. In my experience at least.

That was the broeyist of bro fights.

When the cop pulled up, I thought for a second that it was just a minivan.

Someone needs to muzzle their bitches in that crowd. Unsurprsingly weak pimp hands.
