This show was never that great. They somehow became friends with a lot of great comedians though (Louis CK, Patrice ONeal, CQ, Jay Mohr, Kevin Pollack etc ) and Jim Norton was their third wheel so occasionally it was worth a listen.

They were always obsessed with Stern and trying to bait him into fights (sometimes successfully)


Cumia, when he wasnt being completely bigoted, was mildly funny and had some decent impressions.

Opie is awful. Just terrible. Imagine Teinowitz with Red Hair and a tough guy act. I listened to probably 20 of their shows and never understood how he was even on the air.


Anyway, Cumia is pretty racist. Like throwback dont give a fuck 1950's racist. I guess he used to hold it back a bit more before Patrice died. After that the show became Jim Norton being funny, Anthony being racist and Opie being present.

You could read pretty much any 20 of Cumia's tweets and find bigoted thoughts. But on this night, Gawker was watching and so now he's fired. It's a good example of Gawker and the power of the internet.
