This would probably go back to the 1980s, but I can't find reference to it on the web or in the Trib. Wasn't there a mayor in northwest Indiana who died of an electrical shock? I seem to remember some flooding, and he was driving a city truck to help clear sewers or something. He struck a downed power line and was killed. Ring a bell for anyone? |

This sounds made up. A northwest Indiana mayor would have contracted out sewer cleaning and electrocutions and then pocketed a % of the fees. |

We had Musco bring portable lights before then, so we could keep chasing the farmers' daughters after dark. |
