Honestly I really don't know how it's allowed to stay in business. I mean, this town is still (for this day and age) Mayberry, and my fairly clear albeit not firsthand (thank you) understanding is that the rub'n'tug moniker is not levied in jest. I guess once you put in stoplights and a Jewel, tattoo parlors and jerkoff joints can't be far behind.

On clybourn there is a new FOOT MASSAGE place, drove by today. it is just a few doors south of Fullerton, which I think is a terrible location for any business, due to lack of parking and if you drive by, no circling back around and next to the city dump...lovely smells.

But there did seem to be some big windows, so maybe it really is a foot massage place, but as I posted before, the large # of 24 Hr "Foot Spas" that opened was very noticeable. Especially since one is next to the Hard Rock, and when you look out the window you see the blinking 24 Hour Foot Spa Sign! Guess this is an attempt to get around some law? or Maybe foot fetishes are big business now?

In Schaumburg, I keep seeing random places pop up with female names (Stella's, Sandy's, etc.) that appear to be strictly for video poker purposes. I passed three places in a mile drive yesterday.
