That was the cost of having a DR make a small cut in my finger to drain it after it got infected. Took about 15 minutes. Granted I only have to pay about 15 due to my insurance but still completely ridiculous. |

My knees have been bad for a few years and I'm afraid of some obnoxious bill. But I'm finally going to get them checked out soon. |

The uninsured person will call the hospital and negotiate it to $350 in $50 monthly payments while the insurance companies will knock the bill down to $60 through a PPO contract. Keeps me employed, so I can't knock it too much, but the overhead in medical billing has got to be in at least the tens of billions of dollars a year. |

It will be far less than $695.

a vet could have done the same thing for $120 and they can also put your dog to sleep while youre there. two birds one stone |
