You get to kill one person by poison only, something that assures death. They dont die, you go to jail. 2. Need to be over 65 years old, as this gives time to forgive, as mature as one can get, etc...no longer acting from immediate spite....hopefully 3. You can be found NOT GUILTY with 50 letters of support from people vouching for your character. (Certain qualifications for those people as well, like no jail time) Thus try to build some good will in life. I already have my guy in sites....and just saying, this might keep some CEO's in line.
