Unless the officer on the radio is a captain or chief or something, why does it matter? I prefer that my cops handle situations like rifle bearing criminals quickly and efficiently, which was done.

No clue, don't know if his wife left him in the morning, he got bit by the dog, fired from a job etc.... He was up to no good.
