whats that thing where you stand in front of a tall ledge and try to jump up on it?

we have a 40" wall, and yesterday for the first time i was able to jump up on it. i took a couple step 'running' start first... kinda scared to do a standing jump its all concrete... ill try when im drunk

There are one step verticals and standing verticals. Running then jumping is not the same thing.

Also, verticals measure how high you can touch and not pulling your legs up to jump on something.

a little pissed off due to family circumstances i tried it really quick

i got my feet on top but could stay balanced on it and had to jump backward off it right away
