I support people having a gun in public full stop, not just in your home. We don't have the right to bear arms because of burglars; we have the right to bear arms to resist the supreme power of a corrupt and abusive government. It's not about duck hunting; it's about the ability of the individual. It's the same reason we have freedom of speech. It's well known that the greatest defence against an intruder is the sound of a gun hammer being pulled back. All these gun shootings that have gone down in America since 1950, only one or maybe two have happened in non-gun-free zones. Take mass shootings. They've only happened in places that don't allow guns. These people are sick in the head and are going to kill innocent people. They are looking to slaughter defenceless human beings. They do not want confrontation. In all of our schools it is illegal to have guns on campus, so again and again these guys go and shoot up these f***ing schools because they know there are no guns there. They are monsters killing six-year-olds.

yeah, your gun will protect you from the militarys rail gun. or their lasers. retard

That isn't even close to being to true.

Right? Haven't there been a handful on military installations on US soil just in the past few years? Gotta love it when Hollywood actors step up
to the podium to discuss public policy.

Nothing worse than an actor trying to tell anyone about real life.

Always exceptions, like Sean Penn in Haiti, but next time I see Ben Afleck talking about the economy....ughhhhh

You can add musicians to that thought.

I really don't need political input from Vince Vaughn, Robert DeNiro, Bono, Bruce Springsteen. Do your job(s)...which is entertaining people and leave the real-life stuff alone.

Haven't been to a Springsteen concert in two decades due to that.

i think most people with money can be in that pool. unless you spent a decade or two struggling week to week you just dont know what life is like for most people. i know so many who had a good childhood, college was paid for, they got a good job and never had much trouble paying their bills. those people are LUCKY, and they think anyone who 'works hard enough' can have the same life.

I'm about as pro-gun as you can be without a gun rack in my truck and a "Guns don't kill people... I do" T-Shirt but for the love of god, idiots like this make the responsible gun owners look like total schmucks.
Shut the fuck up, Vince. If you're gonna argue the point fine do it, but get your fuckin facts right you silly nanny.
