I do not pay too much attention to this. Why care? If I were a rich former Chicagoan I would do the same shit.

Isn't that from a movie they were in called Fat White Man-Children?

At least Vaughn can be funny. Jim Belushi never was.

both are working on "destiny turns on the radio". sick kid wants belushi's autograph. sick kid's mom, cross's blackjack dealer at casino he's at asks him if he can get one since they're working on a scene together. cross goes to belushi, tells him no. comes back later, stresses the kid is ill. belushi says "you're worse than my second ex-wife". no autograph.

I don't know which Cross story I like better, the Belushi story, or the letter to Larry the Cable Guy.

Larry the Cable Guy went on some rant where he called David Cross politically correct, so Cross responded by writing a letter to Larry, which he reads aloud in these links. Cross shreds him.

Two parts. Worth the 18 minutes.

What about the Smashing Pumpkins guy, Corgan? He sported a hawks sweater and bitched about the team sucking at one of their UC farewell/final shows during the decade or so no one cared about the hawks. The crowd couldn't have cared less,

"dude, what's with the indian head shirt, does he work for a casino?"

Piven's Blackhawks spot from 2007 ( iirc?) captured the atmosphere at Blackhawks games for the decade or so prior to the Wrigleyville takeover:

https://youtu.be/Y1BFfTf8MNE

that's all you fucking heard at games back then. Didn't matter that they were playing Columbus. "Dee-troit sucks! Dee-troit sucks!" ay yi yi. Some fans had pricey Blackhawks sweaters with 'DETROIT SUCKS' as the name on the back.

Nice link, thanks. That was pretty shitty. I can't imagine getting asked dozens of times a day for autographs, but such is the price of fame.

the LCG one is way more epic, especially since it was a public "feud".

Actors do nothing for me. I enjoy the occasional movie and TV show, but meeting actors or autographs...not interested.

The next movie / tv show with Jim Belushi I find entertaining will be the first. I have never understood how he is any kind of career in the entertainment industry.

John Cusack....he's had a few things I've enjoyed but I have no use for him either.

Vince Vaughn...I like a lot of his movies. Still could care less if he's at Blackhawks game or not.

My favorite Jim Belushi story:

Upon the death of Sir Laurence Olivier, the movie critic Pauline Kael wrote an obituary which included a line something like this: "With the death of the great Sir Laurence all actors in the pantheon of actors move up one place. Except Jim Belushi."
