Cover story in Time about this. Just another symptom and/or result of our Modern Gilded Age. Rich people treating poor people like commodities. (I'm sure there might be some poor people here who defend this practice as "good business". Where I come from we call those people suckers.) Management is rarely required to undergo personality tests. |

Management is rarely required to undergo personality tests. Reminds me Voight-Kampff test from Blade Runner. This shit sucks and you're right about what it makes the work force into. I can get fired for smoking a joint at a concert on a weekend 1 month ago but my boss can snort coke and do whatever. At the end of it all "they" want a highly mobile/pliable workforce that will work for basic food and shelter. |
