They got the other guy yesterday.

They had 1300 cops in the woods, and a state trooper who was alone driving outside the perimeter spotted him. He was only about a mile from Canada.

I'm waiting for the family of the first convict who was killed to sue because why did the police have to shoot to kill him and not try and just taser or shoot him in the leg.

He was dumb to go to the border. Whatever technology is available to law enforcement, is at the border. Border patrol guys shot the first guy.

and all this time, dogs didnt track his scent? is there anything useful that dogs are for? or are they just mutants we created by a huge mistake?

They stole pepper from the cabins. Guess it's pretty easy to throw off dogs with pepper.
