i remember pulling up to the shell station when i was 16 in rockford. the one on kilburn. literally 4 dudes would walk up to the car on all sides and stick bags of weed in there, waiting for you to hand them a $10 bill. once you gave one of them the money, all of them would scatter :D it was my first lesson in free market system

I bet that's rare , the common way is have guards bring em in . The other common way is women stick em in box n hide in ladies room ...the inmate who cleans the women's bathroom gives em to the guy.
