And my knees hit the seats in front of me.
AAAANNND.....going to the movies is kinda boring. I mean, when I was 15, it wasn't. But now.......boring.

Other than that. It's fine.

Death toll is up to 3. Shooter is described as a 58 year old, "lone white male".

The last movie that my wife and I went to see was The Hangover. I think that was 2009. A few months back, I took my older son to Ogden 6, to watch Home.

Good luck if you go to the Minions. That was horrible.

We probably go to the movies once a month. I will never be afraid of someone shooting up a movie theater. No one should be.

The only places that I hate more than movie theaters is the dentist, hospital & DMV. I haven't been to a movie in at least 15+ years & never will again. No thanks. Having said that, these random shootings can occur anywhere.

That's not why we don't go to the movies.

Is it because it's not really fun?

I vote for "it's not fun".

Oh no. I like the minions. The last movie I saw with my husband was the Indiana jones crystal skull thing. I also saw 50 shades with friends and maybe a couple in between but everything else is kids stuff.

My older son is dying to see The Minions. He has already decided that he is going to be a Minion for Halloween.

I'm taking him miniature golfing tomorrow. Save the movie for a rainy day.

I will say, I am a fan of the Minions in general. They're f'n funny.
I have not seen the new movie yet though.

Chus- almost time to get a real club in that boy's hands. My kids have a BLAST at the driving range and the putting green.

I started my daughter at 5 at the range. They make those little Top-Flite clubs.

She now outhits her brother, who is 2 years older.

My buddy bought some clubs for his boy. I think the set was a driver, an iron, and a putter.

Cheaper to store them in prison and deal with the occasional random gunmen shooting up a school/theater/street corner etc.

We had multiple shootings at Ford City when I worked there. Only one in the actual theater during "Set It Off". All the others wer ein the parking lot. I was only at work for one of the four during my time there.
