Just a crazy idea....but lets hear the responses.

Southern Illinois location...or Wisconsin location.. Within 3 hour drivetime....

Think of it as a Man Cave on roids. ATV track, Archery, maybe some guns? Big Game room....Multiple big screens?

All in a private facility. Maybe a B&B type place, that doesnt look like came out of Martha Stewarts mind?

Par 3 hole for cash! (Night Putting)...Stolen from a friend of mine who has 10 acres in Wisc with night lights on and the ongoing wager was $100 from everyone if they got a hole in hole...it was abotu 130 yards.

Chef on premises for food all day....Steak etc? Yes, other things the management is not responsible for....that a Bachelor party or Bachelorette party might bring with...and always willing to hear ideas?

1 day package? check in friday afternoon, out by Sat at 11....next group checkin Noon on Saturday....can do longer sessions, but one long I have learned in my life is that your wife will never allow you to have too much fun without her.

If you dont comprehend the concept, well, then you probably wouldnt like it.

You could probably get that down to 90 minutes away without appreciably going up on the land value.

Here is a vegas plan..,,,,

10 guys want in

2 cant afford it

2 cant go because....well they just cant go (Wives wont let them)

2 have a work thing...

1 bails last second....

Thats a Vegas trip!

Telegram, I am not locked in to anything....just looking at it, as nowhere to go to ride ATV's or Snowmobiles, etc close to Chicago...and while I would go, I am in for the night then...so, make the sale.

Wouldn't the same thing happen if you planned a trip with 10 guys to your destination?

Agreed...can get acreage almost as cheap 45-50 minutes away in Kankakee or Indiana. I think you need a lake with fishing n boating ..wild turkey n pheasant to hunt.

That's a lot of stuff for 24 hours.

IF food and drink are included, tree fiddy does sound about right

I agree. And 6 of the hours are drive time.
It would need to be a weekend, minimum.

Someone can go for a full weekend, but I am trying to open the plan for all, those who cant do the full weekend because of their fiances mom's stepsons 3rd birthday! (My fave excuse from one of my guys once)

I am VERY well versed in the Chicago/Ford heights region of the world and what can be bought.....I didnt buy it, but may have worked for some A hole who did.

Seen some Schools for Sale in Wisc...for some amazing deals and it amazes me these things just sit open.

This needs to be the storyline for a Charlie & Frank episode of IASIP.

My first showing of a property in Chicago Heights, I was standing in front of the property waiting for the people to arrive and I looked down to see a few casings from some fired rounds on the ground. had to do some quick housekeeping.

I am aware you could buy the town for $5

350 would be a good deal

400-500 would be what I'd expect

Over 500 is high

Depends on how much fun you expect to have and who you go with.

My brother inlaw goes on a golfing trip to Galena with his bro inlaws and friends every year for two nights and they spend around $400-500. I doubt they are cooking steaks or shooting guns, but they do play 9 on Friday and then 18 on Saturday.

$350 for what you a planning seems about right if you manage the food and beer well.
