A major point of the Iranian deal was that they didnt have that much Uranium in the country and thus would need to soon import it, making it easier to monitor.

Suddenly, out of nowhere, LOOKIE! They found a rich uranium vein, which was totally unexpected and now wont need to import for a much longer period of time, but dont worry they will report exactly how much uranium they mine, making sure it is all used for energy purposes.

All sounds on the level to me.
