If my neighbors called a TV show, I'd happily accept the free help and money. I would return the favor at another time. I would start a show called "Rebuild My Neighbor's Burnt Down House and Laugh at Their Lost Memories."

Granted I keep my house up, and hate eyesores. But this show sucks.

I agree to a point as half these shows should be called "Don't wanna get off my lazy ass and clean up my house and yard!"

REALLY?

-The cat piss on the carpets isn't going to help sell the house
-The dirt patches in the yard don't look good
-The broken doorbell and unpainted front door give a bad first impression!
-Fresh paint looks better! NO!

I think that's part of my anger. The fake shock and anger. I love Flip this House, because it's mostly about completing a job. There's not as much involvement with the stupid.

Holmes is a god, and has never done anything wrong, I believe. He is pure good.

I see him walk in and "This guy didn't do this right" which I know is an issue many times.

I try to look at things and figure why something was done that way. Did the previous guy try to cut a corner? or did they just not know what they did?

When you build a house, you can't see every single thing and every single guy that pounds a nail in a house is not a master carpenter, plumber, etc. While some might tell you, "Dat's why you use union guys" thats works well, if you want to pay 39% more for a house than everyone else did and never sell it for a profit.

And Mr Holmes rarely discusses $$$$? I see a little mold there..."What we can do is rip out all the walls and redo your house"
