Wait a minute...I don't think they ever made a "Gong Show Movie". There was a film based on the show's host/executive producer Chuck Barris. It was called "Confessions of a Dangerous Mind", which came out in 2002. It starred Julia Roberts, Sam Rockwell, Drew Barrymore & George Clooney, who also directed the film. It was a biopic that not only depicted Chuck's life, but there were claims that Barris, also the creator of "The Newlywed Game", "The Dating Game" & the "$1.98 Beauty Show". I think that's what you were watching last night.

SHARK, I think you meant to say that there were claims that Barris was the total love machine of every lady he encountered, and that he had fathered over 5,000 children out of wedlock.
