New movie starring Halle Berry....it's really good. Intense throughout and keeps your interest. Abigail Breslin does a good job in it and it's hard to believe it's the same girl who was in Little Miss Sunshine. The ending left a bit to be desired for me. Didn't have the compete sense of closure I would have preferred. But well worth the price of a ticket. The guy who plays the creepy abductor is someone I don't recall ever seeing in a movie or on television before. If anyone knows of anything he's ever been in, please post it. He does a great job in this though. Much better than I anticipated it might be.

Saw this last night against my will (wife's choice)...and I agree, it was way better than I thought it would be. Serviceable thriller. Ending totally sucked for me though, completely went against the grain of the movie and character development.

Michael Eklund is the actor who plays the killer, and he has been in various tv shows and movies. He garnered some attention from the "The Divide" (check it out if you haven't yet). Was also in episodes of Fringe, Battlestar Galactica, Alcatraz

You would think they would have finished him off (not in a rub/tug massge parlor way) rather than leaving him chained and duct taped to a chair. They probably filmed a couple alternate endings (I'll be looking for that when the DVD comes out) and focus groups preferred this one. I would rather had some closure.
