Some good scenes (John Goodman & Michael K Williams) but Wahlberg wasn't right for the role and the storyline was weak.

Don't waste your time or cash.

looks like it comes from the same genre as Wolf of Wall Street, i.e. a movie that tries way too hard to be cool and really didn't need to be made in the first place.

The original "Gambler" from 1974 with James Caan was outstanding. Wahlberg shows up to every movie playing Mark Wahlberg.
