I'm sure bigfan and dolphin both know this guy. I can't think of his name right now, but he mans the desk for Zoning Certification at City Hall. He used to be surly and rude, but something happened and he suddenly became the nicest guy in the world. He particularly likes me now. Every time I go in there he spends about ten or fifteen minutes giving me facts about shit like the British Navy or the North Korean space program. He's the guy who told me about Heil Honey, I'm Home!
