It’s been so long I forgot this was the greatest show of all time.

It’s a solid rewatch.

One of the best ever. Its on Hulu I believe in case anyone needs to watch 150 or so episodes of it in a row. I still can't decide which episode is the greatest. Is it Budda Sack, Youth Group Gone Wild or Bodybuilder Bill.

I’m in the middle of season 2. Every episode is great. Top notch stoner show.

King of the Hill was outstanding but I think it gets overlooked a little because it's so low-key compared to Family Guy and late (well, "late") Simpsons.

King of the Hill was a good show but I believe that the golden era of the Simpsons was the greatest show of all time, specifically I think from about season 3 to season 8 it was absolutely untouchable. The sad thing is the show has gone on for 20 years too long and has been a utter pile of shit since the end of the 90's.

It’s so much better than Family Guy. It’s a good question what’s better if you took the best of this show and best of the Simpsons.

How could they think I would rent a stag film, Peggy? I’m married.

If I were to compare TV shows to athletes I would compare The Simpsons to Albert Pujols. Both had absolutely amazing primes which lasted about a decade and could rival almost anyone in history. But they both fell off a cliff following their prime and stuck around far too long after their greatness faded.

And KOTH was Harold Baines...very good with limited recognition outside of hardcore fans but ultimately not deserving a ranking among the best.

You’re cool Zippy but don’t be this dumb.

King of the Hill was Pedro.

Hey, I like King of the Hill but I love Pedro.

Pedro’s my favorite pitcher of all time that’s not a hillbilly from Missouri but I still felt that analogy may have been a little disrespectful to KOTH.

Btw Family Guy is Adam Dunn if we’re doing this.

KOTH is fucking great

Complete with Yahoos & Triangles by the criminally underappreciated band The Refreshments.

As others have mentioned it was subtle and witty humor rather than Family Guy style bash you over the head with stupid jokes. It's overlooked for the same reason test audiences did not get Idiocracy.

Yeah, I would agree with this. It never felt like it was trying too hard. It's more Buster Keaton than Charlie Chaplin.
